Air freight typically takes 2-3 business days from the time your package leaves our Florida warehouse. Sea freight takes approximately 7-10 business days. Processing time at our warehouse is usually 1-2 business days after arrival.
When you create a free account, you are automatically assigned a personal shipping address at our Florida warehouse. This address includes your unique customer reference code. Use it as the delivery address when shopping online.
Every shipment is assigned a tracking number that you can use on our public tracking page or from your account dashboard. We send notifications as your package moves through each stage.
Yes — submit a pre-alert from your account when you ship to our Florida address. This helps us match the package to your account quickly when it arrives and avoid processing delays.
Packages are delivered and processed in batches and as such, it may take some time for the items to reflect on your account after delivery. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the items to show on your dashboard. If your tracking number is not reflected after this time, contact us immediately so we can make additional checks.
All packages valued over US$100 are subject to customs duty charges. Keep your orders below US$100 if you want to avoid paying duties.
